Entrants must be 16 or over to claim the prize. Competition entry is only valid where permitted under applicable local law. No purchase is necessary. Entries close at midnight on 31st December 2005. All winners will be notified by email by 31st January 2006. £200 worth of HMV vouchers will be sent as a prize to the top scoring player of the Kent is Cool game when the competition closes. The top scorer will be selected from the leader board as scores stand at midnight 31 December 2005. In the event of a tie-breaker score, the judges reserve the right to select at random the prize winner from the top scorers. The judges' decision will be final.

No cash alternative can be claimed. The prize will be sent to winners by registered post. For name and country of winner and the winning score, email webmaster@kentiscool.co.uk before 28 February 2006. The winners may be required to take part in publicity. By entering the draw, all participants consent to the same without payment.
